Organizations interested in signing up their employee(s) should meet the following criteria: The organization has its headquarters or at least one office located in Africa. The organization should have at least 100 employees. The organization has a strong brand and a strong social media presence. The organization has a visible CSR strategy. The organization should have at least 25% of its sales, production, or employment in Africa. A highly committed organization that allows participants to attend the online classes. Individuals (Wild Card) interested in signing up for the program should meet the following criteria: The participant is in the average age bracket of 25–45 years. The participant is fluent in English, both written and spoken. The participant is willing to commit 25 hours per month for 3 months. The participant is capable of paying for travel and accommodation expenses. The participant is dedicated and eager to make an impact in Africa. The participant aligned with the vision and mission of One Africa.
